Hey guys! Can you believe August is here already?! The summer is flying by! If you’re as busy as we are
hanging out by the pool training for a triathlon, marathon, or any other race, you might find it challenging to find time to get your workouts in. I mean, who are we kidding, grilling burgers and sipping drinks by the pool sounds a whole lot better than lifting weights at the gym, right?
Well, we have a solution!
Go to the park!
Davey and I came up with this quick and fun triathlon workout you can do using playground equipment. And if you’re already brining your kids to the park, why not use the opportunity to get in a triathlon strength training workout! With any luck, the sprinklers might even be on!
