Thanksgiving is only a few days away and I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to eat lots of delicious food! Davey and I love this time of year, but it can be hard to find time to workout at the gym during the busy holiday months. So we came up with a solution! Before we turn our pumpkin into pie, we decided to do a fun triathlon strength training workout using a pumpkin as the weight! No gym required! We hope you enjoy the workout… and your pie!
